Juanita Ruiz is a highly versatile and visionary latina business owner and community leader. She brings her entrepreneurial spirit and tenacity, which was passed down through 70+ years of generational entrepreneurship in her family. With over a decade of experience as a small business champion and supplier diversity advocate, she is a catalyst of growth for both small businesses and large corporations bringing thought-leadership. In other words, Juanita excels at building strategic alliances and fostering win-win relationships between small businesses and corporate America. She has also been an avid champion for diversity, equity and inclusion.
Juanita Ruiz serves as CEO/President of newly created Casa Juanita, which is a company that promotes products and services for the good of the community and country. Casa Juanita is a network of companies, organizations, and corporations that work together to put out the best products and services on a single platform.
Juanita Ruiz owned El Jardin Wellness Center & Spa, a minority women owned small business. Specializing in all-natural clean products and alternative wellness. She was in business for 14 years. Being a consultant in holistic natural products, specializing in skin.
Ms. Ruiz has 33 years of experience founding, developing, and serving in leadership positions in community and business non-profits. In saying so, she has helped develop 14 Hispanic Chambers of Commerce in the Inland Empire. Becoming a board member of the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce(CHCC), which is a state-wide organization. She served as Chair for the Inland Empire Region, CHCC. She oversaw fundraising, procurement, corporate sponsor relationships, program infrastructure, managing staff and relationships with local, state, and national elected government officials. Juanita also served as the past Vice President for the Inland Empire chapter of National Latina Business Women Association (NLBWA). She is currently serving as the U.S. Vice President of the NLBWA.
Additionally, Ms. Ruiz is currently on the National Women Presidents Task Force under the National Association of State Latino Chambers (NASLC). Forming alliances with other business women who are presiding Presidents throughout the United States. To promote women in business in the U.S. and Internationally.
She has received numerous professional and community awards of excellence and recognition. To mention a few, she has been recognized by Assemblymember Mike Morrell, Congresswoman Norma Torres , Assemblywomen Eloise Reyes, Senator Connie Leyva, Consulado de México San Bernardino, City of Ontario, County of San Bernardino Board of Supervisors 4th district, California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Juanita has also obtained a certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management as well as Board & Governance from the University of Notre Dame (Mendoza College of Business).
